This hotel is cracked, nonetheless its location is incredible and staff are accommodating. The room is huge, glamorous comes with dining table as well as the bedroom right in the heart of Venice. When I am in Venice, I like staying here.
The bathrooms are a little tired.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's just a short walk away from all the major sights in San Marco and the view from my window overlooking the Bridge of Sighs Canal was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was beautifully decorated, giving me a sense of stepping back in time to Venetian culture. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was brought to my room each morning. The selection of options was great and it really set me up for the day ahead. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting.

Our romantic escape was simply amazing. We were treated to complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival which was such a lovely gesture. The hotel's central location and stunning canal view made for a perfect setting. We loved how easy it was to explore the city on foot from here. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to fuel up for the day ahead.
The room was a bit dated and in need of some repairs. The shower had some mold and the bathroom was not as clean as we'd hoped.
